Delivery
We know you (and your dog) can't wait. We dispatch all in-stock orders the same or next business day from our UK warehouse.
UK delivery options
- Free standard delivery — on all orders over £50
- Standard delivery (3–5 business days) — £3.99
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) — £7.99
You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Most standard parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked; larger orders (herding balls, multi-item orders) may go via DPD.
Returns
We want every dog — and their owner — to be completely happy with their PawHaus purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Toys or accessories that have been used with a dog cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty
- Faulty or incorrectly described items are fully covered regardless of use
How to return
Email hello@pawhaus.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps. For faulty items, we'll arrange collection at no cost to you. Change-of-mind returns require the customer to cover return postage.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
