PawHaus is an online-only store. We don't have a physical shop, but we do our best to make sure every product page gives you the information you'd want to see in person — including sizing guides, material details, and honest notes on which breeds or temperaments each product suits best.

Size and product advice

Getting the right size for a cooling vest or dog shoes matters a lot. If you're unsure, email us your dog's breed, approximate weight, and chest measurement and we'll point you to the right option. We'd rather take five minutes to help you get it right than have you deal with a return.

We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours. Most of the time it's much faster than that.
